Shipping Policy

Refused Shipments: Any order refused through no fault of Phantasm Designs and Buckeye Country Art has a 15% restocking fee plus freight for both directions.

Damages, Shortages, or Wrong Items-All shipments are packed carefully, using standard, approved packing methods. All damages, shortages, or wrong items must be reported to Phantasm Designs within 15 days to receive credit or replacements. If Phantasm Designs has not been notified by the customer within 15 days of shipment arrival, Phantasm assumes the order has been received in good conditions and accepts no liability for damages or shortages. No returns accepted without Return Authorization. Items must be in original cartons with no markings or prices and custoemr pays return freight charges.

Ship Dates - Orders normally ship 5-7 days from time of order. Specialty orders may take longer. Colors may vary slightly from the brochure/web page.

Shipping Costs - As a benefit to our customers we only charge $5.00 for shipping anywhere in the U.S.
